Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are happy to accept returns up to 10 days of the purchase date if the product is in its original condition. In the event that your package is damaged before delivery, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible, including your order number. In these instances, we provide a full refund or replacement.
Please allow 10-12 business days for the return to be processed and refund to be issued to your account. We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.
If you are unsatisfied with your Skyline Specs for some reason, again, please contact us. In the past, we have occasionally offered dissastified customers a significant discount, although this is awarded on a case-by-case basis.
