General Questions

Short Answer: 5-7 days.

Long Answer: We do our best to ship your Skyline Specs as fast as possible. Often we ship within one day of receiving your order, although we give a delivery estimate of 5-7 days. Skyline Specs uses USPS Priority Mail, and most shipments arrive within 3-5 days of shipment confirmation.
Let us start by saying, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Every order comes with tracking information, although every once in awhile an order tracking number will slip through the cracks. If you did not receive an order tracking number, please complete our contact form as soon as possible, including your order number. We will attach the tracking number to your existing order as well as send you a notification email with full tracking information.
Unfortunately not at this point in time. Skyline Specs currently ships exclusively within the continental United States.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are happy to accept returns up to 10 days of the purchase date if the product is in its original condition. In the event that your package is damaged before delivery, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible, including your order number. In these instances, we provide a full refund or replacement.

Please allow 10-12 business days for the return to be processed and refund to be issued to your account. We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.

If you are unsatisfied with your Skyline Specs for some reason, again, please contact us. In the past, we have occasionally offered dissastified customers a significant discount, although this is awarded on a case-by-case basis.

Float? No. The wood makes them more bouyant than a typical pair of sunglasses, but it's more accurate to say they sink very slowly. We highly recommend not floating your Skyline Specs. Do so at your own risk.
Skyline Specs are unisex and our premium flex hinges make them one size fits all.

If you're unhappy with the fit of your Skyline Specs, we offer exchanges of equal or lesser value within one week of purchase. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible.

Custom Orders

Pleases allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders to be fully processed and delivered.
